Surcharges may be applied to your fare for peak-hour travel, late-night rides, or rides originating from specific locations, such as airports. These surcharges will be clearly displayed on your receipt when you book your ride.
Fares may include Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) charges your ride passes through ERP gantries, as well as extra charges for each additional drop-off point added to your route. For vehicles that can take more than four passengers, an extra passenger surcharge applies. Other fees that may apply include the booking fee that is applied when you book a ride, the admin fee, the prevailing Goods & Services Tax, and the platform fee.

- For ComfortRIDE bookings, drivers are entitled to choose the quickest or most direct route as suggested by GPS navigation.
- For Metered Fare bookings, passengers have the option to select the route upon boarding the taxi. In the absence of specific instructions from the customer, the driver is obligated to follow the most direct route to fulfill the journey, in accordance with the Road Traffic Act.
