Additionally, all Prime Taxi drivers will be integrated into our CDG Zig Driver App, enabling them to accept ComfortRIDE (Taxi or Car) requests. This collaboration does not constitute a merger; rather, Prime Taxi is a client leasing our hardware and utilising our call center services.
